How to delete your data

If you have written to us on Facebook Messenger, Instagram or WhatsApp, or commented under our posts, and you want your data deleted:

1. Email albachips@gmail.com with the subject Data deletion.
2. Tell us where you wrote to us (Messenger, Instagram or WhatsApp) and your phone number or profile name.
3. For your safety, before deleting we ask you for a short confirmation inside the same conversation (WhatsApp, Messenger or Instagram) from which you wrote to us.
4. When it is done, we confirm by email.

What we delete: your messages and our replies; your phone number or the user ID Meta gives us, and your profile name; the comments of yours we store; photos, documents and voice messages you sent us, and their descriptions; the name, father's name and surname you gave us for a check, the watch area and your monthly-watch registration; your location, if you sent it; the PDF reports we sent you; and the summaries and notes our software wrote about the conversation.

What remains: payment records, if you paid — amount, date, order number and payment code, which Albanian tax and accounting law requires us to keep; we remove your name, location and the link to the conversation from them. Technical server logs, where your user ID may have been written; we cannot delete them one by one, and they expire on their own. Your own copy at Meta: messages on your phone and on Meta's servers are deleted by you, in Messenger, Instagram or WhatsApp. Public ASHK legalisation notices: if your name is in a notice ASHK published itself, it stays at ASHK and in our copy of those lists.

How long it takes: within 30 days of the day you email us. If we cannot delete something, we tell you what and why.

If you are not satisfied: you may complain to the Albanian Information and Data Protection Commissioner — idp.al.
