By using Asistenti.al, you agree to these terms of service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Service description

Asistenti.al provides an AI chatbot platform that enables businesses to automate customer communications through:

  • WhatsApp Business API
  • Instagram Direct Messages
  • Automated AI-powered responses
  • Conversation and contact management

3. Accounts and responsibilities

As a platform user, you agree that:

  • You are responsible for the security of your account (email and password)
  • Registration information must be accurate and up to date
  • You will not use the service for illegal activities or spam
  • You are responsible for the content your chatbot sends to customers

4. Plans and payments

Asistenti offers different plans (Starter, Growth, Professional, Enterprise). Prices are in EUR and billed monthly or yearly. You can change or cancel your plan at any time. After cancellation, your account will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

5. Service limitations

Asistenti.al does not guarantee:

  • 100% uninterrupted availability (we aim for 99.9% uptime)
  • Perfect AI responses in every situation
  • Message delivery when third-party platforms (Meta/WhatsApp) experience issues

6. Intellectual property

The Asistenti.al platform, including code, design, and branding, is the property of Asistenti.al. Your business data and conversations remain your property.

7. Service termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if these terms are violated, especially in cases of abusive use, spam, or illegal activities.

8. Changes to terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. Changes will be communicated via email or the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
